Mathilda joins Sage as a Mitigation Records Specialist with over 20 years experience in youth development and community organizing, and practices as a coach, evaluator and facilitator. Mathilda also works to steward philanthropic resources to community-based organizations working to build civic engagement and community power. Mathilda has a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College, an M.Ed in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
